It is inspired by the movement of an object bouncing between surfaces, turning incoming audio into a sequence of impacts and reflections inside a virtual collision space. Each collision can have its own Distance, Pitch, Tone, Volume and Stutter settings. Distance determines the timing between successive collisions, allowing regular patterns, irregular rhythms and evolving sequences to be created. Global controls shape the behaviour and character of the effect, including Box, Box Resonance, filter controls, Attack, Decay, Glide, Threshold and Stutter Rate.
