The Moog Minimoog Model D is one of the most famous analogue synths. The original hardware version was launched in 1970, and condensed the sound of Moog’s modular systems into a portable instrument. It went on to be used by huge artists like Herbie Hancock, Pink Floyd, Kraftwerk, and many others.

UAD’s recreation includes all the necessary features that gave the original so much character, including impedance matching, module-to-module coupling, and even its “feedback” effect (routing its output to its input to get different amounts of distortion).
