DSPTone DiodriveDiodrive isn't designed as a museum-piece recreation. The concept comes from a classic era of guitar effects from light breakup and gritty rhythm tones to compressed, aggressive distortion. Use Mix and Low Cut to add distortion and definition without completely replacing the fundamental bass tone. Fuzz. DioDrive can work before a fuzz to give the fuzz a tighter and more controlled signal, or after a fuzz to reshape its character. Compressor. A compressor before DioDrive can produce a more consistent and sustained distortion response. A compressor after DioDrive can further control the resulting dynamics. Synthesizers.
