Remi Blaze Misomidix Raw

Misomidix Raw is a one-knob MIDI loop generator for macOS and Windows. Turn BUILD, press NEW, and drag a complete four-bar loop into your DAW. Drums, chords, bass, melody and stabs are generated together from one harmonic plan, so the five parts agree with each other.

Two gestures, and that is the whole interface:

BUILD takes the loop from a stripped intro to a peak-time arrangement, driving three engine parameters at once. Every drum lane carries the density at which it should appear, which is what lets one knob do this.

NEW generates a different loop entirely, in a different genre and key. It picks the genre, key and scale for you and shows you what it chose.

There are no menus, no presets and nothing to configure. The constraint is the point.

Five parts, one plan:

Drums, chords, bass, melody and stabs are generated together rather than stacked one at a time.

The drums publish their kick onsets, the chords publish the harmonic grid, and the bass and melody are written against both.

Every note is generated from music theory. Nothing is played back from a library, so the same genre never gives you the same pattern twice.

Fourteen genres:

Tech House, Deep Tech, House, Deep House, Melodic House, Progressive House, Afro House, Organic House, Bass House, Techno, Minimal, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop and Rock.

Each genre brings its own progressions, rhythms and part behaviour.

Getting the MIDI out:

DRAG TO DAW writes a multi-track file, one track per part, so the five parts arrive separable.

It generates MIDI and produces no audio. Route its output to a synth, sampler or drum instrument.

Formats: AU, VST3, CLAP, AAX and Standalone on macOS, a Universal Binary for Apple Silicon and Intel, code-signed and notarized by Apple. VST3, CLAP and Standalone on Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit and Authenticode signed. AU and AAX are macOS only.
