<p>CamelPhat announce rare hometown show to raise money for charity Zoe’s Place</p>

</ul><p>The charity is the only baby hospice in the UK, providing palliative, respite and end-of-life care to children aged 0-5 who are living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
