Speaking about the track, Kendal explains:"The idea for this track kicked off earlier this year, while I was going through some internal conflicts and I feel that it has been part of a healing process for me. The process of creating music has always required me to dig deep within myself to produce something that feels true to me—uncovering emotions and a part of me I need to experience in order to attain a better sense of self and move through life more authentically.”
