I hope everyone is settling into their daily routines after a period of rest. Work is stressful, and life can be chaotic at the start of any new year, but if you're like me, I take those frustrations and lose myself to dance.I want to make that a theme this year, and my suggestions moving forward will reflect that sentiment.
