Patches Paradise is the solo project of Sydney-based composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, Charlie White. With a hearty dose of fun, it's apparent why "Daytime Dreaming" was given the green light for a review on Indie Shuffle.Marking the first release from White's upcoming debut EP, All The Colours, "Daytime Dreaming" has done its job at whetting our appetite for what's to come. Rumour has it that if you play this song first thing in the morning, there's no way you'll have a bad day!Speaking to the track, White explains:"'Daytime Dreaming' was written as a stream-of-consciousness groove that bounces between samples of piano and instrumental chops glued together by bright synths and a 90s-inspired beat. Swirls of psychedelia run through the track adding a more experimental edge."
